Everyone around the world is suffering from hair loss. In some cases the hair loss is very severe and it leads to baldness. There are many reasons for the hair loss like our hectic life style, lack of proper nutrition, tension, stress etc. Our monotonous life style has become the pavilion for stress and tension due to which our health and psyche are getting affected. We face lot of physical and emotional problems because of these stressful phases. One among such problems is hair loss. To overcome this problem we have different kinds of remedies such as home remedies, alternative therapy, herbal medicines, yoga, etc.

Yoga is the best hair loss remedy for any physical ailments faced by us. Even the hair loss can be cured by yoga. First of all yoga helps us to overcome stress, anxiety, depression, poor blood circulation etc. The headstand exercise from yoga helps in the easy blood flow to the scalp and hair roots which contribute to the good and healthy growth of hair and it also relieves us from stress and tension. You can practice some more yoga exercises to over come the problem of hair loss which includes camel pose, Shalabhasana, down word facing dog, Bhastrika Pranayama , standing forward bend, shoulder stand, cobra pose, cow pose etc. These exercises will not only relieve the tension and stress but also stimulates the hair growth vitamins in the body.  

Meditation also helps in fighting the hair loss problem and also keeps your emotions under control. Some herbal oils can be applied to the scalp and hair and you can massage gently with your finger tips and knuckles to improve the blood circulation for your hair roots. The hair also can be massaged with vitamin E oil. You must massage the scalp, temples and back of the head with your fingers and knuckles in circular motion. This helps in the relaxation of muscles and nerves in the neck part and it stimulates the blood circulation to the scalp and reduces the hair loss causes.

To enjoy the relief from tension and stress and also for a good and healthy hair growth the Indonesian massage is highly useful. In this style we have to stand with our feet apart and we must slowly breathe in and out. We have to bend forward gently until our head is below the waist. We must keep our legs straight and tap our scalp with the knuckles gently for a minute. Slowly we must come to the standing position and repeat the tapping of scalp in the standing position.

The neck exercises also help us to prevent hair loss. We have to turn our head to the left thrice, turn to the right thrice. We must lift our head up thrice and move it down word near the chest thrice. We should roll our head in a circle three times in each direction. This helps in the decreasing of the stress and tension which leads to the strengthening of hair roots.
